How do we work with you?
In three steps...

Step 1

working together, we will create a data collection instrument to ask questions where you need answers

Step 2

we will conduct research using one or more
of the methods below,
only online at the moment

Step 3

we will analyse the data
and deliver a report
with key findings which
you can put into action

Three methods of data collection....

Interviews

Interviews will generate rich qualitative data about your stakeholders' beliefs, feelings, perceptions, preferences and concerns. This will significantly increase your understanding of the people you work for and with, and enable you to make smarter, informed decisions.

Interviews are also a great way to gather in-depth information to create testimonials, case studies and news stories for your website, social media, sales and promotional material. Coming directly from your stakeholders, they can powerfully communicate the advantages of working with you and your business.

Round Tables & Focus Groups

Talking to people in a group can generate lively conversation, debate, new ideas and consensus. It's a good way to discover their opinions, ideas and reactions.

We can conduct round tables and focus groups with your key stakeholders to find out what they need from you, what they think of your goods and services, what they like, what you could improve, why they use you, how you rate against competitors and much more.

This can deliver valuable information you need to make decisions, allocate budgets and drive your business forward...

Surveys

A survey can ask a range of specific questions and deliver facts, figures and statistics drawn from a wide number of people who usually provide information anonymously.

In particular, online surveys can be distributed quickly through email or social media with faster results. A good survey should also be quick for people to fill in with a variety of clear and easy-to-answer questions.

Survey findings can be presented as graphs and charts which are easy to use in presentations and reports.
